THE END OF THE WORLD

Ugh. Last day of school. So actually YAY! We have a huge break. And it was fun passing around gifts and eating chocolate..
But oh yeah.
Chocolate.
I didn’t even have lunch. I Skipped it because I was eating so much chocolate.
Cookies, peanut butter, mini chocolates.
So good.
I Don’t eat chocolate all that often, so this was my binge day.
And in reality, I don’t think I ate THAT much chocolate, just more than I am used to. I had a salad for dinner, then a some sugar free, fat free Fro Yo. (In case you can’t tell I’m obsessed with it.) And I did some ab workouts before going to bed.
I was NOT going to beat myself up about this day
Yes, I ate A LOT. But it was only one day, and it was a good day, so I’ll get better today.
AND! When I woke up my stomach was still flat as before. Maybe even more…? So I weighed myself and…

I LOST A POUND AFTER A CHOCOLATE BINGE GUYS IT’S OFFICIAL THE WORLD IS ENDING!

Still avoiding sweets from now on. I felt too sick to enjoy it. So today is a protein, light, healthy usual day. :)

A note

Just to add a note about my previous post: I hit 900 on the healthy skinny girl diet, but I INCLUDED fruits and veggies into it. I know I’m not supposed to, and I wish I could not, but food is food, and food has calories. So my totals for the past 2 days would be at or less than my maximum allowed, because I eat mostly fruit and veggies. (except that Chipotle….my god that was good…)

So I had Chipotle for the very first time yesterday..and let me say.
SWEET BABY JESUS OF HEAVEN IT WAS GOOD. I had half a burrito, (shared with mom) and it was divine! I was still under my limit too! Then mom took me out as a treat (I only see her twice a week) to a fro yo place that was delicious. But I ate way too much. -sigh- I thought I was eating nonfat sugar free vanilla….I wasn’t. I checked AFTER I finished it. So WAAYY over my limit yesterday(which was 800 max).
Today! Hit exactly my limit (900), and I am thinking of going over on purpose tomorrow….

FINALS! I need brain food! I need to be on top of my game! Nuts, tuna, protien, fiber, fruit and vegetables! No huge restraining for me until Finals are over. (3 more days….) So I hope all my hard work for the past month doesn’t backfire in one weekend.. -sigh-. I’l still stay at/under 1200, which is a “typical” healthy amount. And, since it’s the weekend, I’ll exercise; something I can do on weekends more easily, and with more dedication.

So yeah. That was my two days. Livin’ healthy!

Now here is why I am conflicted. I went into this on the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet, where apparently fruits and veggies DON’T count. I know that all foods gave calories however, so ti’s hard for me to follow that. If I did, I would only have about 400/800 calories for HSKD day 2.
Ahh well. I am stuffed, and happy.
